Yes, iam new to the game
Yes, iwe checked the support and help section..
And i cant get SL to start..
When i click the SL icon after installing..
I see a small window that says "loading SecondLife" and after 1 sec it goes away..
So iam messed up...i cant get it to work.
Anyone have any ideas?...
Yes i have a account....or else i wouldnt be posting here!..
i see that some are reading this..but not giving much of an answer...
but ill just have to wait for the support to answer my mail then..

Yah, more information would be helpful. Can you give us your full system specs?
(1) CPU Speed & Type
(2) RAM Type
(3) Video Card Type
Also, navigate through MY COMPUTER to:
Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME\Application Data\SecondLife\logs
Open SecondLife.log and copy and paste the contents of the file here.
This info will help us help you!
