I want to know what the best card you can get for SL is...I mean the all time best at the moment. I dont care about price just want to know technically, what is the best card to get for SL on the market.
Im currently running a Nvidia FX 5200 128mb AGP 8x card and it works fine...but in my quest for a perfect SL experience I know there has to be something better..
So what do you think?

As someone who owns multiple ATi and nVidia cards, the honest answer to the best videocard for SL right now is an nVidia 7800 (dual SLI if possible).

yeah, get the nVidia card with the highest number you can afford.
Also, the more VRam the better. 256MB is a good thing.
I just wish I could upgrade the video adapter in my notebook. Alas, notebook video adapters are usually not replacable. More's the pity.
