Am I the only one who seems to get no help at all with live help and tech support? On Monday I had some major problems with my sim, items disappearing and not coming back and other issues, so I went to live help. I waited and waited after telling the problem and noone ever responded, I tried to talk again and kept getting the session has timed out because noone ever responded. So, I looked up the Lindens that were online. I spoke with 3 of them, the best I got was to call tech support because it was beyond something they could do. I was given the phone number and called. I called MANY times and got dumped into a voice mail every time, even tho it was during the business hours. I left a message, it has now been over 2 days and still have not been called back as the machine instructed I would. I went back to one of the Lindens I spoke with who gave me the number for tech support and was told to be patient, there are only 2 employees working in tech support and they will get to me in time. Is this the normal practices for Linden Labs? They certainly have no trouble in billing my account but when someone needs help theyhave no time.

Everytime I have called during their business hours I have gotten through to a real live linden.

I have support requests that haven't been tended to for several weeks. I recently received an email that said the issue that I had requested help for had been resolved... of course, this was a month after I sold the property in question and had purchased new property. Sort of amusing, actually.
As for live help... 90% of the time, they are quick to help and competent, however, I have recently seen an increase of incompetent live helpers and quite frankly, just rude and inconsiderate. I wonder if Linden has become lax in their screening process of live help applicants.
At any rate, I certainly am glad they are there. The 90% of helpers that are capable and willing to help are worth the aggravation the other 10% cause... as long as these numbers don't continue to increase!
