Not sure what you are doing here on this but group transactions on land happen during the night. When I handed my deed over to my group it happened around 2 am that night.

Wonder if I can see that from here? Gonna have to go to a quck check on the web to see. That deed will likely turn over in about half an hour. At least that is when mine did. I was expecting midnight but it was later. Enjoy the show in the sky.
