Hi, I am new to SL and upgraded my account a few hours ago. I was expecting a $L1000 bonus to be added to my account and an email regarding my upgrade and have received nothing yet. I have logged out and back in to see if that worked and obviously it didnt.
Does anyone know how long it is supposed to take? My account history shows my new billing date, so LL is making sure they got that part of the upgrade done, but where is my "bonus"?

I got mine shortly after upgrading. If you don't get it by tomarrow I'd make a call to LL's toll free help number in the support pages. Until then you could always post this in the HotLine to Linden section.

It's Sunday, folks. Don't expect a reply until Monday. My guess is, the problem will be resolved before they are even able to reply. It's probably just a matter of charging your credit card, or something.

I knew there had to be an answer somewhere. Thank you! I just never assumed the "office" was closed on weekends. There seems to always be things going on and fixes to be done I assumed they were around everyday. Thats what I get for assuming.
