New features:
* Land floater includes a new option when buying land from a group you have land contribution in:
** Remove [Amount] square meters of contribution from group
** This change should reduce cases of unnecessarily high land use fees due to 'doubled-up' land holdings/contributions
Other changes:
* Residents can be added to your Friends list, even while they are offline
* Improved OS detection for Windows XP 64Bit, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows Vista
* Added Keep, Discard, and Mute to inventory transfer notifications
* Added timestamp and land resale/join information to About Land -> Covenant
* The 'Play Locally' and 'Play in World' buttons (when an animation is opened in Inventory) change to 'Stop' when clicked
** This allows you to stop the animation while it's playing

* Various UI adjustments and tweaks
* Fixed double-click in UI
* Fixed ESC not leaving Mouselook
* Texture tab shows repeats per meter
* Fixed appearance of View -> Property Lines
* Restored 'Deny access by payment status' to Estate menu

* Fixed fullbright not working
* No-copy objects can be deleted through the pie menu
